Tom is a 1980 graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point, and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1984. In 1988 he began Klismith Accounting & Tax Group, SC and as it's owner and founder has demonstrated leadership resulting in a fourfold growth of clients and related services as well as an increase of staff from one to six current employees. Tom's expertise is in the fields of tax planning and preparation, financial reporting, business budgeting and forecasts, financial, estate and retirement planning and business consulting services.

Randy Swanton
Certified Public Accountant
Randy is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater and has practiced in CPA firms for over 25 years. Randy's experience is broad based in clientele and services performed. Services include all areas of tax preparation, financial reporting, business valuation and business consulting. Emphasis is given to service the client in all areas of their business and individual needs.

Pamela J. Tesch

Pam is an experienced professional who has been with Klismith Accounting & Tax Group, SC since 1992. Pam has also been a QuickBooks consultant and trainer since 1999 and is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor for QuickBooks 2003 through 2009; QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions v. 7 and QuickBooks Point of Sale v.4.0 and 6.0. She also provides assistance with BusinessWorks and One-Write Plus. Pam takes a proactive approach in specializing with small business owners to meet their accounting and tax preparation needs. In that role she provides a full range of business accounting services; payroll; sales tax; entity and personal tax; write-up services, software consulting; and paperless office consulting.

Karla Anderson

With more than 15 years of business experience including 6 years of private accounting, Karla is devoted to bringing her unique skills, enthusiasm and dedication to every task. She is service oriented and always focused on the needs of her small business clients to meet their accounting and tax preparation needs. In addition to her general accounting expertise, she is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor for QuickBooks 2004 through 2009, QuickBooks Point of Sale 3.0 through 6.0, and QuickBooks Enterprise Solution 7.0.

Michele T. Marks
Accountant
Michele received her Associate Degree in Accounting in 1985, since then has gained almost 25 years of valuable on the job experience in a variety of settings including, manufacturing, retail, service and professional accounting. In May 2009 she graduated with honors (GPA 3.92) from Lakeland College and received her Bachelor degree in Accounting. Michele enjoys the accounting field and looks forward to assisting you with all your accounting needs.

Nickolas A. Pierce
Accountant
Nick began his career in the field of financial services and banking but then returned to school and earned his bachelor degree in accounting. Nick has been working at a CPA firm in the Chicago area and is in the process of moving to Stevens Point. Nick is preparing to take the CPA exam. Nick does a good deal of corporate and individual tax work, financial planning and asset allocation. One of Nick's attributes is his strong ability to communicate with clients and help them achieve their finanical goals. Outside of public accounting, Nick is an avid golfer and loves to spend time with his family.
